• Lead consultant to a start-up nonprofit for a $19 Million Section 232 HUD-insured financing that acquired and eventually operated a 20-acre campus.

• Lead consultant and/or co-Developer for multiple tax-exempt bond transactions from $12 Million to over $60 Million for acquisition of health care facilities.

• As co-Developer and/or lead consultant for nonprofit and for profit initiatives, we played a leading role in the development of 14 Assisted Living facilities in the Northeastern, Southern and Midwestern United States.

• Lead consultant in acquisition and development on affordable housing and retirement housing.

• Construction consultant to California-based hospital system, coordinating design and engineering professionals in obtaining approvals for expansion and renovation.

• Completed numerous market and feasibility studies for commercial rentals, senior housing and care facilities.

• Increasing focus on green business plans, including a business plan for sustainable virtually fireproof and mold proof R-40 plus wall systems where we serve as a licensing agent.

• Completed several business plans based on forecasts and acquisitions, including a rent-to-own model and plans based on “flips.”  We understand the diversity of markets throughout the U.S. from depressed to stable markets and have completed these types of plans from coast to coast during the past year.
